Down 7lbs in 2.5 weeks! May not seem like much but that's okay! I'm not overweight per say so the weight won't just melt off. I have to literally work my butt off! I'm not focusing on the scale... I'm focusing on the measurements, the muscle mass and just listening to my body!
This last week I missed many workouts but stayed on top of my food only about 90%. This week - I'm pushing back to my 100% for both workouts and nutrition!! I have made my schedule allowing for my morning workouts and if I miss one there is a second time slot in the evening to catch up and stay on track. I will not fail. Failure is NOT an option. I was so very sore and I will be again but progress is being made! FINALLY!
I received my Sweat Rush 64oz bottle and that has done wonders for me getting in my gallon of water a day! I fill it up first thing when I get to work and try to do so again about noon! This way I don't feel water logged at the end of the day. I have successfully gone without Coke for 22 days which is AMAZING for me! I do miss it but if I am going to see a change I have to make a change! Probably a few of them! I have been working with macros instead of meal plans specifically outlined which helps make life easier and allows for more flexibility. I'm excited to try out more recipes to help curb the cravings for the sugar I was getting from Coke. I have such a sweet tooth so I have been enjoying sugar-free pudding to help as it is just as delicious.
