I'M CLEARED!! I'M CLEARED!!! All set to start training again! I couldn't be more excited to get back on track with my training. One of the worst things about not working out is the game it plays on your mind. A true benefit to physical fitness is the stress relief and clarity I get from the time I spend in the gym and that's just the beginning. I dislike that I will be starting back with the now as I get annoyed with the gym in January when the resolutioners are there. Who knows.. maybe I make a friend that was planning on quitting after January and inspire them to stick around. Either way I will be there pushing myself and giving it my all and I want you to get out there and do the same. My resolution for 2016.. is no Coca-Cola! If you know me, you know how truly difficult this is but I am determined to make this happen. For MANY reasons. To prove to myself I can, because it isn't good for me and my goals and I have been trying to quit or slow down drinking for years but it just tastes so good. I am not a coffee drinker so this is my own caffeine but I WILL do this. I will prove to myself I have amazing will power and not have one sip in 2016! I am not one to general set resolutions as I usually have 12 mini-resolutions instead. I find these easier to keep and allows for me to make more changes in the right direction throughout the year. Remember how hard it was to get started this time and how much harder it will be next time... wouldn't it be much easier if you just kept at it. You can do this. Do it for YOU! You CAN do this! Just remember, How bad you want it!!
