Savannah, Owner and Certified Personal Trainer at SavCo Fitness, has always been active throughout her life. She was involved at an early age with softball, track, and dance. Then as an early adult she was involved in almost all social sports and philanthropies including Blondes vs. Brunettes flag football and Team in Training, competing in triathlons and half marathons to raise money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She began lifting weights and really found a love for the lifestyle, which helped her to convert to a more clean nutritional lifestyle. Inspired by the changes that happened to her energy levels and in her own lifestyle she found a way to make that passion into her career as well.
She has her Personal Training Certification through the NASM as well as her Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification. Her experience in NPC bikini bodybuilding competitions has given her an edge up on training clients to achieve the next level of fitness. While still competing and working towards her goal of becoming an IFBB Professional athlete she is determined to help you reach your goals and dreams through challenging workouts and clean eating.
